Quick answer: minimum targets 1080p/30 Low with 16 GB RAM and GTX 1080 / RX 5600 XT / Arc B580-class graphics. Recommended targets 1440p/60 High with 32 GB RAM and RTX 3080 / RX 7800 XT-class graphics. Both list 50 GB storage and a 64-bit Windows 10/11 environment.

Intel Arc users: enable Resizable BAR
EA specifically tells Intel Arc users to enable Resizable BAR (ReBAR) to improve FPS. It may be disabled by default depending on motherboard/firmware configuration. Check your hardware vendor's instructions rather than changing BIOS settings blindly.
Internet requirement
EA says an online connection is not part of the core PC system requirements because Zero Company is single-player. Internet access may still be necessary for downloading the game, installing updates or using storefront/platform services.
No Ultra spec
EA explains that the game is comparatively CPU-bound, so changing individual graphical settings does not produce the same framerate scaling seen in some GPU-bound games. For that reason the team did not publish a separate recommended Ultra configuration.
How to read the targets correctly
The minimum and recommended rows are tied to specific performance targets. Meeting the minimum does not mean 60 FPS at High; EA pairs that tier with 1080p, 30 FPS and Low. The recommended tier is the relevant reference for 1440p, 60 FPS and High. That context is more useful than comparing GPU model names alone.
CPU and memory matter unusually much
EA says Zero Company is relatively CPU-bound. Players troubleshooting low utilization on a powerful GPU should therefore also check CPU limits, background processes and memory pressure. The jump from 16 GB minimum RAM to 32 GB recommended is another reason to close heavy background applications when testing stutter.
Storage and upscaling notes
Both official tiers list 50 GB of storage. EA also discusses TSR, DLSS and FSR in its PC performance guidance. Those options can help with image reconstruction and GPU load, but they cannot fully remove a CPU bottleneck, so lowering resolution is not guaranteed to produce the same scaling as in a purely GPU-bound game.
