Quick answer: No traditional New Game+ is available at launch. EA's FAQ says players will instead unlock certain customization options on subsequent playthroughs.

What EA confirms

The launch FAQ directly answers the New Game+ question: the game will not have New Game+ at launch, but later playthroughs receive certain customization unlocks. EA does not describe this as full NG+ progression carryover.

What you should not assume carries over

Without an official carryover table, do not assume levels, Credits, Focus Points, facility upgrades, weapons or Bonds transfer into a new campaign. "Customization options" is narrower wording than "all progression."

Why replay anyway?

The campaign can still play differently through squad composition, Custom Operators, Bonds, optional permadeath, Operation choices and which opportunities you prioritize. The central story is largely linear, so replay value comes more from tactical/roster variation than radically different main-story endings.

Could New Game+ arrive later?

EA only states the launch status and has not announced a future NG+ update in the FAQ. If a patch adds it, this page should be revised with the exact carryover rules rather than treating a possibility as a roadmap promise.

Replay value without a traditional NG+ mode

Zero Company is still built for replay through squad composition, Specializations, Bonds, optional Operations, difficulty choices and the risk profile created by permadeath. Those systems can make a second campaign feel different even when it starts as a new campaign rather than a power-preserving NG+ run.

What "customization unlocks" means

EA deliberately describes the reward narrowly: certain customization options become available on subsequent playthroughs. Until the developer publishes a complete carryover table, do not assume Credits, Facility levels, weapons, Focus Points, Operator levels or mission progress persist. This page will treat only explicitly named carryover as confirmed.

A practical second-playthrough plan

If you finish the campaign and want a meaningfully different replay, change more than cosmetic choices. Try a different Hawks Origin and Specialization, recruit a different mix of custom Operators, pursue different optional Operations, build new Bond pairs and change the permadeath/difficulty settings. Those are confirmed systems that alter how the campaign is played without pretending the game has an NG+ stat-carryover mode.

If EA later announces a true New Game+ update, the key questions to verify will be which currencies, Facility upgrades, Operator progression, equipment and story unlocks transfer. Until an official table answers those questions, this guide intentionally avoids claiming any of them carry over.
